Heversham’s Duke Of Marmalade stallion, Moofeed (AUS), sired Fate Decreed, a good winner of her Maiden Plate over 1600m at Scottsville on Sunday, 1 December.
Moofeed has only had eight runners so far, he’s had limited opportunities, and this was his first winner. He’s best previous runner was Tartarus, who placed second in three successive races (including places to Jimmy Don and I AM Giant) and was exported to Mauritius.
Well done to the Nathan Kotzen stable for getting Moofeed off the mark. Fate Decreed is owned by Ted Hughes in partnership with Kotzen, and they’re confident she can win again.
