Heversham Park’s Kat Riley has completed a French Patisserie course with the guidance of Chef Su and Chef Mel at #bakeologystudio.
She says: “I have a house and kitchen full of spoils and beautiful smells… feels like I am in Europe!”
Kat has already dropped off a box full of eclairs at mom and dad’s, and visitors to the farm will also get a taste of the latest in French flair.
