WE are deeply saddened by the death of Kelvin Haarhoff, owner of the Winner’s Bar at Turffontein and the TBA Complex, as well as the owners’ bar at the Vaal.
Kelvin was a friend of racing, and of ours, for many years, and his death will leave a void that cannot be filled.
